Change a Date or Time

If a customer needs to change the date or time of a service or event they’ve booked with Maritime Progression, we will make every effort to accommodate the request. We will work with the customer to find a suitable alternative date and time, subject to availability.

Money Back Guarantee

Rescheduling is not possible

In the event that rescheduling is not possible, or if a customer prefers a refund, we will provide a full refund for the service or event. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited back to your account.

Last-Minute Cancellations

For last-minute cancellations

For last-minute cancellations, where the customer cancels an appointment or service shortly before the scheduled date or time, a cancellation fee may be charged. The specific cancellation fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking and is subject to our discretion. This fee is intended to cover any costs or losses incurred due to the late cancellation.
